• Video Requirements: The video must be recorded in a single shot (no cuts, pauses, or edits) and must clearly show:The completely sealed package and shipping label before you open it.The uninterrupted opening of the box and inspection of the contents.The specific damage or fault clearly highlighted on camera.
• ⚠️ Strict Rule: We cannot process any refunds, returns, or replacements if you are unable to provide a valid, uncut unboxing video.
